Contract 1 - General Construction Contract 2 - Electrical Construction Contract 3 - Plumbing Construction Contract 4 - HVAC Construction The City of Bethlehem encourages women and minority businesses to bid on City jobs. The Work to be performed for the 2021-31 Rodgers Street Facility Construction Project consists of the following: Provide materials and labor to construct a 9,000 square foot building allocated between 3,000 square feet of office space and 6,000 square feet of garage space, as more particularly specified in the Contract Documents. This work will be broken into four (4) separate contracts for general construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
