The Purchasing Department of the City of Waltham wishes to purchase general plumbing services for various city-wide projects as they may become available for a 3 Year contract. Any construction contract shall, and all other contracts may, where the contract exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) be required to be accompanied by a bond with sureties satisfactory to the Mayor. This contract is for the period of July 1st, 2022 through June 30th, 2025 and renewable at the discretion of the City of Waltham for an additional two (2) oneyear periods ending June 30th, 2025. The City or its Agent reserves the right to approve or reject any supplies, material or equipment used by the Contractor. The Contractor agrees to replace any supplies, material or equipment used by the Contractor. The Contractor agrees to replace any rejected supplies, materials or equipment, to the satisfaction of the City or its Agents.
