Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cleona, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of July 18, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** The project includes, but is not limited to, pavement resurfacing along East Maple Street and Walnut Street, as well as curb and sidewalk work along East Maple Street. The curb and sidewalk work includes curb ramp replacements and lawn restoration. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. A pre-bid meeting is not scheduled for this project. Clarification Deadline: 7/4/2022 10:00 AM Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply. Cleona Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
