The selection of the successful Proposersshall be at the Village's discretion and shall be made in a prompt manner after the receipt and evaluation of all RFQ responses. Miami Shores Village reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all irregularities in any submission, to solicit and re- advertise for statements of qualifications and to make awards in the best interest of the Village. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to bids@msvfl.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. June 8, 2022. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation will be made available as formal addenda located on the Village's website. It is the responsibility of prospective respondents to ensure they are aware of all addenda issued relative to this solicitation. The Village intends to use the Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) submitted in response to this RFQ to rank the Consultants according to the most qualified and to then initiate contract negotiations with the top ranked firms. The qualifications and selection of the firm(s) shall be in accordance with F.S.287.055, Florida Statutes. Miami Shores Village ("Village") invites experienced, and licensed and qualified individuals or firms to submit statements of qualification (SOQ) in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide design services for the construction of ADA compliant sidewalk curb ramps, as further described in Section 3.0 - Scope of Services. Those firms who are interested in submitting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall comply with the submittal requirements, The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
