Site work and new construction of a detention facility in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.

The Project includes turnkey installation of six (6) dual chargers and one (1) single charger for thirteen (13) parking spaces in the fleet parking area. The chargers will be fed from the existing switchboard on site. Install new power management kits to each of the existing eight (8) dual charging stations owned by the County of Marin. ChargePoint chargers for new installation and new power management kits for the existing charging stages provided by Owner. Turnkey installation of all infrastructure and equipment provided by Contractor. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A or C10 License at time of bid submittal. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount payable to the County of Marin shall accompany the Proposal. The provisions of California Public Contract Code 22300, regarding substitution of securities for monies withheld to ensure performance shall apply to this contract. This project is to be advertised pursuant to Public Contract Code 22037. Pursuant to Section 1773 of the California Labor Code, the general prevailing wage rates for Marin County where the work is to be done have been determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations. These wages are set forth in the General Prevailing Wage Rates for this project, available at the Department of Public Works.
