Clarification Deadline: 6/24/2022 10:00 AM The project includes bituminous parking lot reconstruction, bituminous overlay, minor drainage, lighting foundation, and conduit installation, and other improvements for the Tamaqua Community Arts Center - Parking Lot Improvements located at 125 Pine Street, Tamaqua. The items of work are identified more specifically in the Project Specifications. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Tamaqua Community Arts Center, negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all items or portions thereof or to waive any technicalities and informalities in the bid for the best interest of the Owner. No bidder shall withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the Bid opening.
