Project Name: BENTON COUNTY RFP FOR A&E SERVICES Project Number: 2022-1958C Project Description: NEW BENTON COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN CORVALLIS OREGON The purpose of this RFP is to select one A/E Team for the new, 34,600sqft Benton County Courthouse. Benton County intends to execute a contract for services outlined in this solicitation and reserves the right to contract for continued and/or additional services as outlined in (A.) below with the same successful Proposer at the County's sole discretion. The Countys decision on whether to proceed with the selected Proposer is based on the A/E Team's performance. A. The County reserves the right to request additional design service for the remaining Justice System Improvement Program (JSIP) to include a District Attorney's Office, Correctional Facility, Sheriff's Office, and an Emergency Operations Center ranging from 110,000 - 125,000 GSF.
