**Per email from the Civil Engineer, Vince Diprima, "all bidders must request the plans and bid documents directly from me to be considered a responsive bidder." You can email him at vdiprima@wbkengineering.com City/County - Woodstock The project includes the construction of approximately 590 linear feet of 12" water main which includes approximately 125 linear feet of jack and bore installation with steel casing beneath the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way. The project will also include the installation of trench backfill, pavement patching and restoration, soil erosion and sediment control measures, site restoration, and other appurtenant work for a complete improvement along the City of Woodstock and UPPR right-of-way. Project location: Between Washington Street and 1st Street, Woodstock, IL Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation.
