Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reedsville, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Eastern Local School District Board of Education (Brown Co.) is requesting proposals for an HVAC Controls upgrade for the Eastern Local High School, Eastern Middle School and the Sardinia Elementary buildings. Eastern Local High School Install a new Niagara 4 Building Automation System (BAS), or compatible with Niagara 4 as an equivalent, to replace the existing Staefa Talon system for Eastern Local High School: 1. Make-up Air Units (MAU-1 through MAU-7): a. Integrate the existing factory furnished controls to the new BAS. b. Integrate the existing Supply Fan and Return Fan VFDs to the new BAS. c. Use existing device connections and communication cable. d. Assumes all field wiring, sensors, and control devices are installed and operational. 2. Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV-1 and ERV-2): a. Integrate the existing factory furnished controls to the new BAS. b. Use existing communication cable. c. Assumes all field wiring, sensors, and control devices are installed and operational. 3. Climate Master Heat Pumps (Qty. 51 2. LC1A Gym Emergency 3. LC2 Corridor 4. LC3 Corridor 5. LC4 Corridor 6. LC5 Corridor 7. LC6 Corridor 8. LC6A Corridor Emergency 9. LC8 Library 10. LC9 Kitchen 11. LC10 Exterior 12. LC7A Corridor Emergency 13. LC10A External Emergency b. Re-use existing lighting override switch for Gym lighting control and tie-into the new controller. c. Re-use existing lighting override switch for Library lighting control and tie-into the new controller. d. Assumes all field wiring, sensors, contactors and control devices are installed and operational. 6. Miscellaneous Control a. Furnish and install a new controller for control and monitoring of the Miscellaneous Control devices. The following points will be included: 1. Exhaust Fan 1 Start/Stop/Status 2. Exhaust Fan 2 Status 3. Exhaust Fan 3 Status 4. Exhaust Fan 4 Status 5. Exhaust Fan 5 Status 6. Exhaust Fan 6 Start/Stop/Status 7. Exhaust Fan 7 Status 8. Exhaust Fan 8 Status 9. Furnish and install a new controller for control and monitoring of the Electric Heaters. b. The following points will be included: 1. EDC 1-1 Space Temperature 2. EDC 1-1 Stage 1 Heat 3. EDC 1-1 Stage 2 Heat 4. EDC 1-2 Space Temperature 5. EDC 1-2 Stage 1 Heat 6. EDC 1-2 Stage 2 Heat 7. EDC 1-3 Space Temperature 8. EDC 1-3 Stage 1 Heat 9. EDC 1-3 Stage 2 Heat 10. Loop Return Temperature 3. Loop Pump 1 Start/Stop/Status/Speed 4. Loop Pump 2 Start/Stop/Status/Speed 5. Loop Differential Pressure South End of Stage Area 6. Well Supply Temperature 7. Well Return Temperature 1 8. Well Return Temperature 2 9. HX Supply Temperature 10. HX Return Temperature 11. HX Pump 1 Start/Stop/Status 12. Domestic Hot Water Supply Temperature 13. Re-use existing lighting override switch for Corridor, Kitchen, Cafeteria, Gym, and Library lighting control and tie-into the new controller. c. Assumes all field wiring, sensors, and control devices are installed and operational. 5. Miscellaneous Control a. Furnish and install a new controller for control and monitoring of the Miscellaneous Control devices. The following points will be included: 1. Exhaust Fan 1 Status 2. Exhaust Fan 2 Status 3.
