Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Reedsville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The painting of our 50,000 gallon elevated steel storage tank (Reedsville Tank) on State Route 681 Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid Price or certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid amount to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a contract if awarded the project. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the bid and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. The Tuppers Plains Chester Water District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bidding. DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. General. The Contractor shall provide the labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to paint the inside and outside surfaces of the existing steel tank. B.
