Site work for a water / sewer project in Union, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work includes extension of multiple utilites along Denmark Road crossing Birch Creek and descirbed as follows; installation of approximately 191 lineal feet of 12-inch diameter C900 DR 14 water main, approximately 180 lineal feet of HDPE DR 7 water main installed by directional bore crossing Birch Creek, approximately 204 lineal feet of 6-inch diameter SDR 21, Class 200 PVC sanitary sewer force main, approximately 180 lineal feet of HDPE DR 11 sanitary sewer force main installed by directional bore crossing Birch Creek, and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Union anticipates issuing a notice to proceed in September 2022. The owner intends to award the contract to the most responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the owner
