The City is seeking qualified contractor to sandblast approximately (10,108) ten thousand one hundred and eight square feet of concrete pool surface When awarded contract, the contractor must provide Certificate of Insurance and Agreement signed by the party whom the Contract was awarded, shall within a reasonable period of time signing the Agreement and return to such party an executed duplicate of the Agreement. City of Union, upon signing the Agreement and with a reasonable period of time shall issue the Notice to Proceed. A written Notice to Proceed shall be used with each project. For questions or to schedule a site inspection call (636) 583-8471. The City reserves the right to accept or reject and/or all bids and waive any technicalities. Tentative Award December 13, 2022 Potential Start Date December 19, 2022 Required Completion Date March 6, 2023 The period of services shall be from the award of contract, estimated in December 2022, through satisfactory clean-up of area after event as determined by the City. Completion no later than March 6, 2023.
