Renovation of a mixed-use development in Union, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
The City of Union will accept sealed bids for qualified contractors to install and set up Verkada Camera Systems or equivalent Cloud Based Surveillance Camera Systems at the Splash-NSwimplex (375 West Park Avenue, Union MO 63084) and Large Pavilion 575 North Christina Avenue Union MO 63084). The City reserves the right to accept or reject and/or all bids and waive any technicalities. The City reserves the right to accept or reject and/or all bids and waive any technicalities. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the information for bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
