Renovation of an office development in Union, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Questions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. December 13, 2022; question responses will be submitted to Matt Patterson through email mrp@htkarchitects.com by 5:00 p.m. December 16, 2022. 1. Scope shall include all work outlined by the project documents (plans and specifications) issued by HTK dated November 29, 2022: a. The scope of work includes the construction of the renovation at the old Scenic Regional Library to the new SSRC building by HTK and their sub-consultants. 2. This contractor shall include in the base bid price an unknown site conditions allowance of $50,000. Allowance shall include all overhead, profit, and fees as is allowed for Change Orders in contract Exhibit D, Modification/Explanation of Change Order Fee. Unit prices provided on the Supplemental Bid Information Form shall be used where applicable to work paid from the Allowance. Any savings to this allowance shall be reconciled via a deduct Change Order which shall include the associated overhead, profit, and fees. This allowance may only be used at the sole discretion of the CM and Owner. This allowance may not be used to address the effects of weather conditions. Allowance to be included in the base bid.
