Aquatic centre Feasibility Study on future development, financing and governance of an indoor aquatic facility to upgrade or replace the existing Echo Aquatic Centre (EAC) located at 4255 Wallace Street, Port Alberni, BC V9Y 3Y6. TIMELINE: Feasibility study is completed and pending council approvals. Project is pending budget approval. Phase Three will depend on the decisions of elected bodies that come from the final report delivered at the end of Phase Two. Further update in summer 2025, upon approvals.
