As of July 22, 2025, this project is in the planning phase. An architect has not been seleced. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. The closed solicitation has been included below for reference. A detailed scope has not been released. Plans call to build a two-story, 65,000-square-foot building, more than double the size of the current facility, which is 31,000 square feet and more than 80 years old.
