Site work and paving for a road / highway in Harrison Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of August 17, 2022. Project has been awarded to Russell Standard in the amount of $136,432.90. The work will consist of the Contractor installing approximately 63,830 s.y. of a single shot and seal application, on various roads throughout the township. Notice is hereby given that the bituminous price index, in accordance with PennDOT Form 408, is applicable and in effect. The Contractor is advised that the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage requirements will not be required since this project is considered to be maintenance. Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of Penn Township. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Penn Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. No Bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids.
