Hostel 900726, 607 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401: Project work scope includes installation of Maintenance & protection of traffic on a City street and erosion and sediment control measures, removal / reconstruction and installation of new asphalt pavement surfaces, curbing & appurtenances, painted markings & striping, grading and drainage improvements including a new catch basin & piping extensions and associated site appurtenances. Work includes bringing a small combined sewer offline from the City sewers and reconnecting to the City storm sewers across the street within the City Right of Way. Hostel 11234, 1743 CR 19, Red Hook, NY 12571: Project work scope includes installation of Maintenance & protection of traffic on CR 19 and erosion and sediment control measures, removal / reconstruction and installation of new asphalt pavement surfaces and curbing, grading and drainage improvements and appurtenances. Drainage improvements include connections to the existing roof drains, installation of area drains and associated storm piping. One construction contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $350,000 - $425,000. Prospective bidders are advised that the Contract Documents for this Project contain new "GENERAL CONDITIONS for CONSTRUCTION" dated June 17, 2021 that contain significant revisions from those documents previously contained in DASNY's Contract Documents. Prospective bidders are further advised to review applicable sections of these General Conditions for any potential impact on their bid price prior to submittal of the bid.
