Site work for a civil project in Pope Valley, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Lake Berryessa Resort Improvement District (LBRID or District or Berryessa Estates) is seeking a qualified team (herein referred to as Contractor, or Consultant) to provide professional services and assist LBRID with the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and other design documents necessary to replace a 20 year old 91,000 gallon bolted steel sewer collection tank located at Sewer Lift Station "A" - 2446 Stagecoach Canyon Road, Pope Valley, CA 94567. The scope of engineering services is described further in Section C of the Request for Proposals (RFP). Information contained in this RFP is LBRID's best understanding of existing tank and site conditions, including previous drawings and specifications used in 2002 to replace the original tank installed in 1967 and modified in the 1990's. LBRID values the opinions of Firms with sewer tank expertise. If the Firm believes there is a better alternative to achieve LBRID's goals then that should be reflected in the proposal and is requested as part of Task 2 below.
