As of October 22, 2025, construction is nearing completion. The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for the furnishment and installation of a new 100,000 gallon concrete sewer tank with internal and external ladder, 10,000 gallon polyethylene overflow tank, associated inlet/outlet piping, overflow and drain piping, and all associated fittings and appurtenances, level floats and radar level sensors, and connections to existing pump suction piping; temporary bypass piping to the overflow tank to be used while the new concrete tank is being construction; modifications to the existing sump pit piping; new overflow piping connecting to an existing Baker Tank with backfill, compaction and site restoration, keystone retaining wall; demolition of existing tank and foundation; demolition of existing fence; startup and testing of all equipment; and all other work described in these plans and specifications in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall possess a Class A or C-12 license at the time of contract award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. LB 22-03 The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety.
