PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The District as used in the Technical Specifications is defined as the Lake Berryessa Resort Improvement District (LBRID). The office for the District is located at 804 First Street, Napa, CA 94559. B. The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to furnish, construct and install a new 50,000 gallon concrete sewer tank with external ladder, 10,000 gallon polyethylene overflow tank, associated inlet/outlet piping, overflow and drain piping, and all associated fittings and appurtenances, level floats and radar level sensors, and connections to existing pump suction piping; temporary bypass piping to the overflow tank to be used while the new concrete tank is being constructed; new overflow piping connecting to an existing Baker Tank with backfill, compaction and site restoration, keystone retaining walls; demolition of existing tank and foundation; demolition of existing fence; startup and testing of all equipment; and all other work described in the plans and specifications in accordance with the Contract Documents.
