The subject project Contract Award is scheduled to be heard for by Governing Board of Lake Berryessa Resort Improvement District on Tuesday, November 12th..** LBRID Phase 1 Groundwater Inflow Mitigation Project A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety The Contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time of contract award. The Contractor and sub Contractor shall be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (Public Works Contractor (PWC) Registration) at the time of award.
