**As of September 12, 2022, project was awarded to Culbert Construction, Inc, awarded amount is $1,391,907.30.** This project consists of constructing approximately 800 LF of new roadway including cement concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and driveways, HMA paving, partial illumination system, and public utilities. Work includes constructing water main and service stubs, water valves, and fire hydrant assemblies, installation of storm drain piping and structures, and utility conduits. In addition, the work involves constructing sanitary sewer main and service stubs, sanitary sewer manholes, hydroseeding and related work in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Drawings, and Contract Documents. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond or quality assurance submittals within the time stated in the contract documents, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Port of Grandview.
