Site work for a water / sewer project in Grandview, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of July 6, 2023, project was awarded to Goodman & Mehlenbacher Enterprises, Inc., awarded amount is $854,893.44.** Project includes three (3) schedules of work. Schedule A includes clearing and grubbing, site grading (142,200 SF), leachate collection system (approx. 480 LF 12-inch PVC pipe and catch basins) installation. Schedule B includes construction of approximately 81,000 SF of HMA paved sludge drying beds, 7,100 SF site paving, crushed surfacing subgrade, and placement of ecology blocks. Schedule C includes construction of approximately 61,200 SF of HMA paved sludge drying beds, 6,900 SF site paving, crushed surfacing subgrade, and placement of ecology blocks. This contract has sixty-five (65) working days to complete the work. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $1,400,000 All questions should be directed to Justin L. The City of Grandview, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The City of Grandview reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved, make the award to best serve the interests of the City of Grandview.
