The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Demolition of the Hills Elementary School and related infrastructure, utility connections, asphalt paving, and concrete sidewalks. Installation of erosion control, site grading, finish grading, site restoration, turf seeding and other related work Location: Hills Elementary: 301 Main St, Hills, IA 52235 Start Date: November 13th, 2024 Final Completion Date: June 30th, 2025 Engineer's Estimate: $420,000.00 Base Bid Measurements for all work bid are the responsibility of the bidder. Quantities provided herein are drawing measurements and may not reflect final on-site quantities of the project. Bid Security: Equal to 5% of the bid in form of a certified check, credit union share draft or surety bond. Performance Bond: One hundred percent (100%) of bid to guarantee the maintenance of the improvements for two (2) years after its completion.
