**As of July 22, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Clifton Township 2022 Pothole Patching Project: Base Bid; Pothole Patching of Fox Fan Road (T-309); consisting of the following: approximately 9,500 S.F. of Superpave HMA Wearing Course 4" Depth, 150 L.F. of Sawcutting, 9,500 S.F. of Milling 4" Depth, and other related work. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Clifton Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Clifton Township. All qualified contractors will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin or sex.
