The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking quotes for the Quarterly Preventive Maintenance, Cleaning, Descaling, and Sanitation of Ice Machines at their Central New York Psychiatric Center (CNYPC) and Secure Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (STARC) facilities. CNYPC and STARC-Oakview is a maximum-secured facility serving on average 400-500 patients and residents. The facility currently has 21 ice machines that require quarterly preventative maintenance inspections, cleaning, descaling and sanitation. Questions from bidders are due per the instructions in the RFQ by Wednesday, July 6, 2022 by 3:00 PM ET. OMH will respond to all inquiries by Friday, July 8, 2022 ET.
