To ensure against premature opening. The envelope should bear on the outside the name of the bidder and their address. Bowling Green Municipal Utilities reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal evaluated to be in the best interest of the utility. All proposals shall be evaluated on the following criteria: Cost, Resumes, Approach, Warranty, Compliance with Law and References. Consideration will also be given to; Past Record with BGMU, Timelines, Quality of Materials, and Financial Stability
