Fermi Research Alliance, LLC. (FRA) is seeking potential sources for an anticipated solicitation for construction services to be performed on an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) basis. FRA anticipates awarding a Subcontract allowing for the issuance of unique task orders under either a firm-fixed price or time and materials basis, depending on the requirements of FRA at the time work is required. Each task order or release will be under $150,000.00 in value. The anticipated term of the Subcontract is 5 years, with a base year and subsequent option years. The Request for Proposal will be solicited for full and open competition. The anticipated value of the resulting Subcontract is anticipated not to exceed $20,000,000.00 over 5 years. There is no scope of work as part of this Sources Sought posting; a full scope of work will be made available when FRA posts a Request for Proposals document, currently anticipated to be in October of 2022. Interested suppliers should add themselves to the Interested Vendors List, enabled as part of this posting. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
