The West Wyoming Borough Council will consider the received bids for award at their public meeting on July 11, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. The proposed scope of work is to partial repoint the masonry front and sides of the West Wyoming Borough Municipal Building. Work will include repointing, flashing, asphalt shingles, and resetting masonry bricks as needed BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded Bids can be submitted to the West Wyoming Borough Building, 464 W 8th Street, West Wyoming, PA 18644 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M., This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
