Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 20 the project is set to be awarded on July 27 Board meeting.. The Peoria Park District is soliciting written quotes for the construction of a concrete dumpster pad approach in the Donovan Park parking lot. Please note that the prevailing rate of wage including benefits for the Peoria area shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute this project or perform this work as required by the State of Illinois Department of Labor. All work performed in connection with this project shall be in compliance with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, rules, and national building codes. Work must be completed by September 15, 2022. Award is intended for July 14, 2022. Contractor is responsible for field verifying all existing conditions.
