Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Selkirk, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Work Package #1 - Site Prework. The intent of this bid is to obtain stipulated price (lump-sum) bid(s) from bidders for trade contract work for the Selkirk Regional Health Centre - Inpatient Addition, Work Package 1(WP1) - Site Prework located at Selkirk, Manitoba as indicated in the Bid Documents. The work included in this package includes but is not limited to: - Site Mobilization of Temporary Facilities. Ie. Trailers, Equipment, Barricades and Safety Signage - Selective Interior and Exterior Demolition - Temporary Site Access Roads and Temporary Laydown - Temporary Swale Crossing (including Culverts) - Site Grading - New Site Services (including Relocation of Existing Watermain) - Building Piling Question Acceptance Deadline: 2022/07/14 12:00:00 AM CDT All attendees wishing to attend must pre-register no later than 11:00AM CST on July 4, 2022.
