The City of Dunnellon, Florida, ( the City) will receive proposals in response to this Request for Proposals to select a qualified firm for Wayfinding Signage and Maintenance Services under a continuing services contract. Proposers shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials and all other necessary incidentals required to perform the Wayfinding Signage and Maintenance Services within the City of Dunnellon. No late bids will be accepted. Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to this RFP shall be made in writing to the City to the attention of the individual listed below by July 6, 2022. By submitting a Proposal, the Proposer represents that it fully understands and agrees with the terms of this RFP and is ready, willing and able to perform the work and services called for by the RFP, and will not be relieved of performance for misunderstanding this RFP. No oral interpretations are authorized to be given by any City employee, representative or others and the Proposer shall not rely on any oral interpretations. The issuance of a written addendum is the only official method whereby interpretation, clarification and additional information can be given. If any addenda are issued to this RFP, the City will attempt to notify all prospective Proposers who have provided written notice to the City of its intent to submit a Proposal Any proposal received in response to the RFP after the above-stated date and time will not be considered or accepted. It shall be the sole responsibility of the individual or entity submitting a proposal to have its proposal delivered to the City in accordance with the requirement of this RFP for receipt on or before the date and time set forth above. No matter the method of delivery chosen by the Proposer, the Proposer shall be solely responsible for its timely delivery.
