Parkland County is seeking submissions from respondents who can provide one (1) Hydraulic Excavator in accordance with the Equipment Specifications identified in Schedule Il. Parkland County uses the Fleet Equipment for light construction, maintenance, and repair work. The excavator shall be new and should have an identification number that reflects a 2022 or 2023 model year, and the unit is to be provided from factory order or existing inventory. The excavator specifications detailed in Schedule II - Equipment Specifications illustrate the type and quality of the excavator required. Respondents are to provide pricing based on the specifications identified in this Schedule. Respondent (s) will be expected to provide an excavator that meets the same or similar specifications upon award of this opportunity and adhere to the timelines listed below. All respondents are to offer full machine warranty for 5 years or 5,000 hours of service for the hydraulic excavator. A copy of the full machine warranty contract must be provided. Respondents are to provide trade-in values for Parkland County's existing excavator that will be a credit toward the final purchase price of the new excavator.
