Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Remove existing building roof system and insulation and install new fully adhered membrane and insulation roof system. Existing metal copings and other flashing components are to be replaced as detailed and specified. Cleaning of all building exterior surfaces is an add alternate component to this project. A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required. The successful Contractor shall be required to produce a Performance Bond, Material and Labor Bond and Insurance as required by the contract documents, and enter into a contract with the Owner. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the Bid Bond. Non-discrimination policy applies to this project. Five percent (5%) Bid Security, General Contract Form, Insurance Checklist, Non-Boycott of Israel Affidavit, Drug Free Workplace Affidavit, Acknowledgment of Requirements/Iran Divestment Act Form, and a copy of the Bidder's State Contractor's License must be completed and returned with bid package. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid or bids that are judged to be in the best interest of the Owner.
