PURPOSE: The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms licensed by the Virginia Board of Contractors as a Class A Contractor to provide pipe replacement located at three separate locations within Franklin County in the VDOT Salem District per the specifications contained in this solicitation. The Contractor shall provide a continuous operation once they commence work. The Contractor shall advise the VDOT Contract Administrator at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of work.
