Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope: This project is generally described as Cafeteria Air Conditioning for Glade Hill and Sontag Elementary Schools, as well as limited HVAC unit replacements at six (6) other schools. Proposal Guarantee Required: Yes The Pre-Bid Conference must be attended by each contractor planning to bid as the prime contractor. The school site will have a sign-in sheet verifying attendance. Attendance by Sub-Contractors is highly encouraged. Failure to attend does not relieve any sub-contractor of any responsibility related to the verification of building/site conditions or any information discussed in the meeting.
