SCOPE OF WORK A. GENERAL The County Council is requesting bids for the Dunn Building - Addition and Renovations located at 400 W. Stephen Street, Martinsburg WV 25401. In general, the project consists of a building addition of approximately 600 square feet and renovations of approximately 42,000 square feet Note from Waynesboro Construction: HVAC Scope Is Provided By Owner The HVAC Scope is to be provided By The Owner!! We Do Have to Provide the HVAC Controls Package!! See 011000 - Summary of Work for GC & Owner's Scope in the Project!! Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 11-30-2022. Addendum #2 has 7 separate PDF files and narratives and 6 plan files.
