Renovation of a water / sewer project in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This Contract consists of a full service granular activated carbon (GAC) changeout including removal and disposal of spent GAC media from vessels 1A & 2A, furnishing, delivery and installation of virgin GAC media, and support during installation and startup. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the necessary bonds if the contract is awarded to him. Suspension and Debarment - Recipient shall not entertain the use of businesses that are listed with Exclusion Records at www.sam.gov in accordance with 2 CFR Part 1532 and Subpart B and C of 2 CFR Part 180. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any part of any bid, and to waive any irregularities as may be deemed to be held in the best interest of the City of Martinsburg.
