Design-Build ServicesNew Pleasant Hill Fire Station Project--Pleasant Hill Goshen Rural Fire Protection District (District) is seeking Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide design build services for the design and subsequent construction of the New Pleasant Hill Fire Station Project (Project).Copies of the Request for Proposals, contract terms, conditions and specifications may be obtained from Pleasant Hill Goshen Rural Fire Protection District, 85880 1st Street, Eugene, OR 97405. Owner will offer information about the Project and the procurement process. At that time, Proposers will have the opportunity to tour the Project site to familiarize themselves with site conditions and constraints. No prequalification will be required for submittal of a Proposal.
