Engineering/architectural Services Pleasant Hill High School Gymnasium Seismic Rehabilitation Pleasant Hill School District is seeking proposals from firms for structural engineering, architectural design and Project Management services for the Seismic Rehabilitation of Pleasant Hill High School Gymnasium in Pleasant Hill, Oregon. The District received a Seismic Rehabilitation Grant for the project through the Infrastructure Finance Authority: Business Oregon. The intent of this RFQ is for the consultant to provide an integrated design solution for the project. As of August 21, 2025, per owner, architect, engineer and general contractor have been identified. Construction to start May/June 2026.
