Site work for a water / sewer project in Oregon City, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project includes : . Construction of approximately 470 linear feet of 8-inch sewer main. . Construction of two (2) 48-inch diameter manholes. . Construction of nine (9) 4-inch sanitary sewer service laterals. . Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. Each proposal must be submitted on forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to 10 percent (10%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond and a labor and material payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of contract.
