Site work and renovation of a civil project in Oregon City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
For the Intertie 2 PS Expansion & Force Main Project\ a cashiers check or a certified check draw n on a bank authorized to do business in the State of Oregon, or 2) a Bid bond described hereinafter, executed in favor of the Owner, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount Bid. Bidder has entered into a contract satisfactory to Owner and furnished a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and one hundred percent (100%) payment bond. Shall have successfully completed construction of a sanitary sewer force main project within the last five years. Question Deadline 07/04/2024 Requests for clarification may be submitted no less than five (5) business days prior to the Bid Closing Date.
