Site work for a civil project in Oregon City, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes Installation of temporary storm water management and erosion control measures Removal of existing debris Removal of existing trees Installation of stone embankment in channel area Adjustment of outfall pipe into new channel Natural Resource Mitigation Plantings In water work permitted through Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). In water work period, for in channel repairs, to be limited to July 15 - August 31st. Each proposal must be submitted on forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond in an amount equal to 10 percent (10%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond and a labor and material payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of contract. The City reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. Any explanation desired by the bidders regarding the meaning or interpretation of the specifications must be requested in writing and subm itted on the Bid Management System with sufficient time allowed for a reply to reach them before the submission of their bids. No interpretations will be made less than 72 hours prior to bid opening.
