Fischers Mill Road Paving Each Bid must be accompanied by either 1) a cashier s check or a certified check for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) Owner and furnished a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and one hundred percent (100%) payment bond. Bidders must be prequalified in Asphalt Concrete Paving (ACP), Temporary Traffic Control (TTC), and Pavement Markings (PAVE). Question Deadline 06/25/2024 Requests for clarification may be submitted no less than five (5) business days prior to the Bid Closing Date.
