Demolition, site work and addition to a medical facility in Pikeville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a 7,085-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
As of May 23, 2023, this project is currently under construction, and all trades on the project are currently let. Project consists of the 11th Floor Clinic Building - Cancer Center Expansion of approximately 7,085 square footage Bidding proposals shall be accompanied by a satisfactory bid security for not less than 5% of the total bid price. Bidders must submit bid security at the time of bidding or the bid will not be accepted. The successful bidder, offered a Contract, is required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds from an acceptable surety, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Sum prior to execution of the Contract. The Undersigned hereby agrees to pay Liquidated Damages in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars, ($2,000.00) for each consecutive calendar day
