Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Downers Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
To furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. or The Village of Downers Grove is accepting proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. The Wisconsin Avenue Drainage Improvements Project shall generally consist of the following: -Installation of soil erosion and sediment control practices, as called out on the plans. -Full depth pavement removal. -Sidewalk, and driveway removal as called out on plans. -Construction of a new proposed storm sewer system along Wisconsin Avenue along with driveway culvert replacement and cross road culvert replacement. -Re-shaping the ditches on the north and south side of the road, where specified on the plans. -Installation of new full depth pavement, driveway aprons, grind and overlay. -All other collateral work such as erosion control maintenance Note: All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the village of downers grove staff or officials other than the specified contact person. The Village Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids/proposals, to waive technicalities and to accept or reject any item of any bid/proposal.
