**As of September 14, 2022, project was awarded to Mauro Sewer Construction awarded amount is $661,350.90** The Otis/Grant/FlorenceStorm SewerImprovementsProject shall generally consist of the following: oConstruction of approximately 1260linear feet of 12", 15", 18", 24" and 36"storm sewer. oFull reconstruction of approximately 360square yards of hot-mix asphalt roadway. oMill and overlay of approximately 3,600square yards of hot-mix asphalt roadway. oConstruction of approximately 2,100square feetof sidewalk. oAll other collateral work such as driveway replacements, curb and gutter replacementsand restoration. Note: all prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the village of downers grove staff or officials other than the specified contact person. The Village Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids/proposals, to waive technicalities and to accept or reject any item of any bid/proposal.
