All questions should be addressed in writing via email to Diane Papenhause at dpapenhause@ihcconstruction.com and must be submitted by end of the day on June 30, 2022.The Board of Education of North Palos School District 117 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the awardin the best interest of the School District. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public projects. Bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory Requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. The successful bidder will be required to furnish insurance equal to or greater than the specified amounts and conditions. The cost of the insurance will be included in each bidder's proposal
