Demolition and removal of existing wooden bleachers, install new aluminum bleachers with accessible ramp as further described in project plans and documents The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate and upgrade certain facilities at the Penndel Memorial Park. This project consists of the following work: Scope of Work: o Demolish existing bleacher facilities. o Property dispose of materials. o Leave area safe and/or protected at the end of each workday. o Properly install asphalt pavement base as required per plans. o Install new Aluminum Bleachers consistent with project drawings and manufacturers installation instructions. o Install ADA accessible ramp and landings. o Restore any fence, macadam of other existing facilities that were disturbed by construction activities. o Provide final safety inspection by manufacturers representative.
